What I love about the Rosen Method is the gentle touch. This work can move through layers of repressed emotions and experiences to touch what is real in each of us. We then are able to bring that out into the world and influence the way we live our lives.

My goal is to create an environment of kindness, caring, and compassion while using gentle respectful touch, so the client can receive the work and discover a new awareness of "self."

Currently I am working toward a BA degree in the social sciences. I live with my husband, and I am "Mom" to two college kids, whose love and support I deeply cherish. They keep me balanced in a sometimes unbalanced world.

Because of my personal experience with chronic pain, I was drawn to the Rosen Method and wanted to learn and practice it. It is the best work I have ever done.
